HCS strives to make the cost of private Christian education as affordable as possible. Financial aid is available for qualifying families with students enrolling in kindergarten through 8th grade.

HCS K–8th / Readyland Preschool Withdrawal Form

We understand that sometimes a change is necessary for a family. We here at Heritage Christian Schools wish your child(ren) the best during this transition to a new school. Once you complete this online withdrawal form, you will be contacted by a school representative to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal, if needed, for your child(ren).

Notice

Until a Student Withdrawal Form is received, your student(s) will remain enrolled at HCS and you will be billed accordingly. Once a Student Withdrawal Form has been submitted, the TUITION will be prorated accordingly, but the BOOK FEE, PARENT PARTICIPATION FEE, and GOLD CARD are non-refundable, and any remaining amount still due will be charged (lunch tickets, sports, afterschool, library fees / lost books). The account balance must be paid in full upon departure – failure to do so will result in the account being sent to a collection agency.
