Music Program
BAND
This course offers students the opportunity to learn a new instrument, and further expand their understanding of music. Students will learn the fundamentals of music, theory, history, form, repertoire of various genres and styles, and aural techniques.
The fee for students to play in Band is $150.
CHOIR
All students are welcome to join. Our choir program runs from August to May and includes lessons in music theory and vocal technique. Students will participate in various performance opportunities including a Condor’s game, Bakersfield, Christmas Parade, a musical in the spring, and lead worship in chapel once a quarter.
